Taste the summer. Croatia meets Germany - Istrian Cuisine Weeks in our art'otels As diverse as their culture as various tastes the kitchen from the Adriatic coast. From 11th June to 16th June, we will present the Mediterranean delicacies of traditional Istrian cuisine in our art'otel. Together with Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Pula and Medulin we invite you to the Istrian Cuisine Weeks. The region is famous for truffles, freshly caught fish, homemade pasta and olive oil. From the sea straight to the kitchen, prepared with olive oil, fine herbs of Istria and often enjoyed with wine it is a true treat. A good wine is part of a good meal, the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius knew this 2000 years ago and brought the wines to the region. Convince yourself, we serve two different 6-course menus and you have to make your choice between delicious seafood from the Istrian coast or a meat-lovers heaven. As a dessert, both menus offer a mild soft cheese (skuta) with honey and figs. The price per menu and per person is between €40 and €60. Wines from Croatia will be offered too.
